Whether you’ve had babies, battled burnout, or just feel like your body and energy don’t match who you really are—you’re not broken. You’ve just been fed decades of BS about how women “should” look, eat, move, and live.
I’m here to change that.
I coach women through realistic fitness and nutrition strategies that actually fit real life. No extremes. No restriction. No wasting hours on workouts you hate or diets you can’t stick to. Just smart, sustainable methods that help you get strong, feel energized, and show up fully—in your body and your life.
I’ve had two C-sections. I live with AuDHD. I’ve felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and misinformed too. That’s why I teach what works: natural wellness, intentional strength training, and nourishing food—with plenty of room for joy.
When I’m not coaching or lifting something heavy, you’ll find me in the garden, chasing ducks, or building big dreams with my husband on our property in Northern Michigan.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, shape, or just a little extra confidence, I’ve got you covered with targeted workouts and strategies to fire up those glutes and get real results. From perfecting your form to designing exercises that actually work (bye-bye, wasted squats!), I’ll help you unlock your glutes’ full potential. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s fun, effective, and tailored to your goals—because a strong, lifted booty is always worth the effort!
