Cozy Chata Cup: Your Clean, Alcohol-Free RumChata Replacement

Cozy called… and this horchata mocktail answered.
If you love the warm, cinnamon-vanilla hug of RumChata but don’t want the booze, the sugar crash, or the junk ingredients, the Cozy Chata Cup is about to become your new winter ritual. It’s a clean, comforting mocktail that tastes like a cozy night in a mug. Creamy, lightly sweet, and warm enough to make your shoulders drop a little — without the heavy, artificial sweetness you’d get from the bottled stuff.
Enjoy it after the kids go to bed for a quiet moment of calm, or share it with them since it’s completely booze-free.

The Flavor Vibe I Was After
RumChata has a great flavor profile and a not-so-great ingredient list. I made my own version that keeps the cinnamon-vanilla comfort and loses everything else. It’s warm, smooth, and gives that “curl up on the couch” energy — just without alcohol and sugar overload. This horchata mocktail is all cozy vibes, made with ingredients you can actually pronounce.
Why You’ll Love It
Alcohol-free but still feels elevated and intentional
Made with whole ingredients your body actually recognizes
Cinnamon naturally warms the body and can help balance blood sugar
Real vanilla adds flavor without junk fillers or syrups
A pinch of salt boosts flavor and helps the sweetness land without adding more sugar
Milk (or your fave alternative) gives you that creamy comfort with actual nutrients
Smooth, mellow, calming — the kind of drink that helps your nervous system chill out
This is the winter drink you’ll find yourself making on repeat.
