Why This Tonic Supports Hormone Balance
This drink is built around ingredients that support regulation rather than stimulation.
Tart cherry is known for supporting natural melatonin production, which can be helpful for sleep and circadian rhythm support. The gentle acidity helps balance blood sugar responses, especially when paired with a meal.
Warming spices like cinnamon and ginger support digestion and circulation, which matters more than most people realize when hormones feel off. A small pinch of salt helps with mineral balance and hydration.
Nothing here is aggressive. Everything is supportive.

Small Choices, Big Balance
When hormones feel off, it is rarely about one big thing. It is about the small, repeated inputs your body gets every day.
This tonic works because it is supportive without being stimulating. It does not spike blood sugar, overwhelm digestion or rely on sweetness to feel satisfying. It is the kind of choice that gently supports your nervous system and circadian rhythm without requiring extra effort or restriction.
Sometimes regulation looks like choosing something that simply feels good and does not ask more from your body.
