Spiced Black Cherry Orange Tonic

Ingredients
Spiced Cherry Concentrate
- 2 C Montmorency Cherry juice
- Zest of 2 Oranges
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp Fresh grated Ginger
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Raw Honey
Tonic Assembly
- Ice fill half the glass
- ⅓ C Spiced Cherry Concentrate
- ½ C Fresh squeezed Orange juice
- Culture Pop Black cherry soda
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Spiced Cherry Concentrate
- Combine all ingredients except honey in a small saucepan.
- Simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve to remove the cinnamon sticks, ginger slices and orange zest.
- While still warm, stir in the honey until dissolved.
- Allow to cool.
- Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Step 2: Build the Tonic
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the spiced cherry concentrate and orange juice.
- Top with Culture Pop Black Cherry soda.
