1tsp Cranberry Kick SauceOr drizzle of favorite hot sauce
1 tbspFetacrumbled
2tbspMozzarella or Provoloneshredded
1-2tbspButter/Coconut oilfor grilling
Instructions
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter or oil one side of each slice of bread.
Layer turkey, stuffing/mix, feta, and mozzarella on the unbuttered side of one slice.
Add a spoon of Cranberry Kick Sauce for sweet heat, or drizzle with hot sauce for spice.
Top with the other slice of bread (buttered side out).
Grill until golden and melty — about 3–4 minutes per side
Slice, serve, and bask in your leftover genius.
