Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.
In a bowl, blend or whisk eggs and cottage cheese until mostly smooth.
Stir in spinach, feta, cherry tomatoes, bouillon, and seasonings.
Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake 25–30 minutes or until eggs are set and top is lightly golden.
Let cool a few minutes before slicing and serving.
