Cranberry Kick Sauce — Clean, Zesty, and Way Better Than the Can

Forget the wobbly canned stuff — this Cranberry Kick Sauce is the clean, naturally sweet, citrusy twist that wakes up every holiday plate.
Made with real cranberries, orange juice, fresh ginger, and pure maple syrup, it’s tart, bright, and just a little sassy — exactly how your cranberry sauce should be.
No refined sugar. No gelatin mystery blocks. Just fresh ingredients, balanced sweetness, and a subtle heat that gives it that Peachy & Clean glow-up.
Why You’ll Love It
Clean, real-food ingredients — no refined sugar or fillers
Zesty orange and ginger bring brightness and warmth
thick and glossy without thickeners
as a glaze, spread, or topping for post-holiday meals
up to 10 days in the fridge (or freeze it for later)
Ways to Use It
This isn’t just a side dish — it’s a multitasker. Try it:
Spread It — on sourdough for Leftover Turkey Melt (your leftovers reimagined)
Stir It — into Greek yogurt with granola
Brush It — over roasted salmon or chicken for a citrus-ginger glaze
Spoon It — over baked brie or cream cheese for a holiday appetizer that looks way fancier than it is
Clean Ingredient Tips
Cranberries: Fresh or frozen work fine. If frozen, no need to thaw first.
Sweetener: Maple syrup gives a deeper, cozy flavor. Honey works too — just add it aftercooking to preserve its nutrients.
Ginger: Freshly grated only — powdered won’t give the same kick.
Orange: Use zest and juice for the full citrus pop.

Notes

2. Add cranberries and cook for about 10–12 minutes until they burst and the sauce starts to thicken.
3. Stir in orange zest and a pinch of sea salt.

It also makes a killer spread for toast or your Holiday Herb & Feta Sourdough.
